Injury

 serious leg injury in early March throwing training plans into difficulty.  Can bike and swim but unable to run without significant pain for almost two months.  Getting PT and starting to run 3 mile efforts.  First A race - Liberty Half ironman race on June 8 in serious doubt since have no running endurance.  Not sure how to repair season at this point.

    Sorry to hear about your injury. I recommend you don't race Liberty Half. Work with your PT until you're able to put together 3-4wks of consistent 3-4x runs per week, then we can circle back to see what ^that^ means for the rest of your season. Bottomline is your injury is your run coach right now and you need to listen to that first.
