Mixed Days Workout Order

On the days with Swimming and a run/bike is there any reccomendation on which to do first? i.e. should I do the swim in the AM and then the 2nd workout later, or do the run/bike in the AM and swim later.

It probably doesn't matter...I have access to a pool at either end of the day...just wondering if one works better.

  • Craig, good question! I think of it more about what area you want to focus on should come first. So if it's swimming, we do that first, etc. Secondary concern is recovery...if pushing bike/run to later means it's only 12 hours from the next session, then you might want to keep it in the AM. Hope that helps!
