Troys Macro Questions
Coach,
I'm currently in week 4 of the intermediate get faster plan, scheduled to end on June 16th. I jump into week 14 of the intermediate Ironman plan from there, scheduled to end on September 22, Ironman Tahoe.
I noticed that while the swim portion is not much different, the LONG RUN and LONG BIKE times make a significant jump between where I exit and enter the two plans, respectively.
What adjustments if any do you recommend to ease this dramatic transition? Should I begin to add run time and saddle time to certain days now to prepare???
Thanks,
Troy

I just found my answer in the General Training Discussion Forum, so never mind unless you have something to add to the comments you posted there.
Thanks!
Nope. We get this question a LOT so what I wrote should be good for you to use.
