2 days off - food bug
@patrick - I got bit by a food bug on tuesday night and it kept me out of training wed and thurs (bike and long run, respectively). I feel mostly better today and intend to drop back into my training plan. However, I obviously missed a couple of important workouts, most notably the long run. How should I approach the weekend workouts - should Saturday bike ride be longer than 210 and then do long run Sunday? What do you suggest?
Also - my wife is due may 23 which will invariably throw another wrench into my training plan (at any second!). This will likely just require another post when that time comes but i want to consider theses factors as I head into the heart of the training (as it might aid your analysis). Thx!

- sunday: 115 min run
Seems that I can just step back into training in the regular schedule and not worry about last wed or thurs missed workouts.
