Olympic Distnace Nutrtition?

Hello,

I have my first event of the year coming up next Saturday (this will only be my 3rd event, w/ the 2 sprints I did late last summer).  Should I just take what I'm estimating my HIM nutrition plan will be and cut it in half for the Olympic Distance race?

My vitals are as follows .  143 lbs.  39 years old.  I'm estimating a 25min. swim, 1hr10min. bike, and a 44min. run.  So I'll be on coarse for a total of approx. 2hr19min. 

Any input would be appreciated.
