help for holiday weekend

I am currently starting week11 of 20...training for IMLP. I have been getting some great training in and feeling great,,,, YET heading to Disney for Memorial weekend, I will gone wed PM to following MON... SKip the long bikes? try and get as much workouts in as I can before I leave? I will be able to run there and probably swim... biking will be tough unless stationary at gym... (I will get lots of walking at parks...does that count?)

Any advice would be good

  • @Jeff, the park is a workout. I personally got up early each day and ran 5-6am to get it done....that was it. You might extend the Sat/Sun long rides the week before, but that's it!!!
