Nice swim yesterday at the SCY pool. Things are coming together. I did the 20 x 100 as fast/easy workout and the 100s were still coming in around 1:32...which is great, since 1:30 is usually a pretty big barrier for me.
10 x 50 as fast/easy alternating with fly/easy to close out the main set.
