Back from vacation, which plan should I do?

Hey R and P, I am back from Mexico. Did the run focus plan there (as well as I could in 85 degree weather, 85 % humidity, cobbled sloped beach only available surface to run on) and surfed 4 hours a day. Mountain biked today for 3 1/2 hours and lungs/legs feel good. Should be able to hop into any plan you want me to. My next A event is death ride July 13, but would like to do well at Big Bear Olympic June 15th. Should I do the bike focus plan? Start at beginning or elsewhere? THanks, Leah

    Not that I have seen. Where would I find it? Under my training plan it still has the run focus which I was supposed to do for 2 weeks while on vacation.

    Load up the short course plan to end on Big Bear, then the bike focus plan to end on death ride. But you'll need to add volume to the long bike in that plan so probably best to make the sat bike 3-4 hrs. Pretty country up there!
