What's the best diet?
For the first half of my life I was a serious meat and animal product eater, yet over the past 20 years it has taken a turn in the opposite direction. I'm a student of learning all about this and use myself and patients as ongoing experiments. Personally, I've been raw, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, westin price, over the past 20 years. Today I'm much more of an agnostic healthy eater, adhering to no "labeled diets". For me this is a plant based diet, yet includes raw cheese, raw dairy, high fat and no meat. I've found over the years that when people adhere to a labeled name diet, that it becomes a part of their identity and less of a life-style/health choice when choosing food.
