Hi Coach, I just did a run test last night.  it was a race that was 3.5 mi.  i went to plug in my numbers and realized i can not customize distance on the  test calculator.  please don't tell me i have to do this again?????  is there any way to adjust?

    Joe, where the F are you finding these random race distances? And why on earth didn't you hit lap at 3.1? image

    I suggest you to go this website below, drop in your time and distance and then get the "comparable" results in the sidebar. Then use one of those standard results to have the EN system generate the vDOT you want!
