Half IM is Sat not Sun, how do I adjust schedule?

I am in week 19 of my half IM plan.  The race is actually Sat June 1st.  Please advise if I should adjust my schedule for this upcoming weekend and how I should adjust next week's schedule.

  • Paula the standard advice from the Self Coaching Section of the wiki is to drop the monday and move the remaining days one day forward....with Sunday off, of course! Good luck!
