Camping

Hey coach P, I will be camping this Fri- Mon. I will not be able to get my long bike in this weekend. I was thinking of moving my long run to the weekend and throw some bike workouts in on Thur and Fri. Is this a good idea or should I follow the IM plan and just rest this weekend because I have the Rev3. Next week. Thanks

  • If you can get in a ride or the ABP ride before you go, then run when you are on the weekend, great...otherwise rest up!!!
