Big Day Protocol
Hi Coaches,
I am on Week 11 of the advanced Ironman plan and tomorrow calls for a Big Day. In my plan it says 1hr swim, 3.5 hr bike, and 1hr run. However, there are two things confusing me....1). The video for Week 11 (the video is from 2010 so maybe it has changed) says it should be a 4 hour ride and, 2). The video also states there are no goals for the ride, but the training plan I have, has specific parameters within each discipline. So, how should I approach tomorrow's workout?
