Race Rehearsal and it's going to be freezing tomorrow.
Hi Coach, It's Week 18 of my HIM plan on the way to Kansas on June 9th. Tomorrow is a 3 hour bike with a 1 hour run brick. Sitting at my son's baseball game and thinking there is no way I am biking in this freezing cold. So, do I do a 3 hour ride on the trainer and then run an hour? Or, do I do the WKO on Sunday when it will be warmer? This is also a crazy busy family holiday weekend. Thoughts?

Addendum: How do I switch up the WKO's if I do the RR on Monday? I forgot it's Memorial Day and it's going to be warmer and I can do the ride with local tri peeps....
Hi Coach,
I ended up doing nothing on Saturday, swam on Sunday, and did the Race Rehearsal on Monday. I went out with 3 guy friends on a hillier course that I'm used to and worked harder than I expected to. I struggled to stay in Zone 3 (had to work to stay out of Zone 4)but was pretty successful except on the hills. I'm happy with the day because the run was easier than I thought it would be as I easily ran faster than my zones called for.
I took another break today and will go back to tomorrow's scheduled WKO. So I took two days off, but I'm ok with it.
So that's where I'm at. Thinking that the two days off, at this point, is ok?
