Roy's Macro Thread
Coach R, I wanted to touch base and make sure my head is in the right place. I just finished IMTexas a week ago and have IM Louisville on the calendar. I'm happy with my build/fitness going into Texas and as I mostly walked (another story) the run, I'm not too wiped out mentally or physically. I've taken this past week totally off, with the exception of some stretching and one 1k pool session (mostly 100's). Unless I get some different direction from you, my plan is to hit two weeks of the transition plan and then drop into Week 10 of the IM Advanced Plan to prepare for IM Louisville. Assuming that my two weeks of transition plan leaves me fresh and ready to roll hard, does this sound about right?
