Training Advice sought
Hi teammates, Quassy is only 1 week away! I haven't done as much riding as I need to in preparation for IMLP (my ultimate race for 2013) however Quassy is important too. I have two ride options for tomorrow. One is ride 52 miles with 4700 ft of climbing (good prep for LP) the other is ride 40 miles with about 2600 ft. of climbing. I already did 40 miles today with 3000 ft. I don't want to burn my legs out but right now my pace is super slow. Any thoughts from you super smart folks?

Quassy is supposed to be an A race for me but I am on an IM plan and care more about my IM in July. My IM plan does not include cycling on Mondays but I have skipped so many cycle sessions and my bike club has this annual ride that I don't want to miss. Since I am a BOP I'm only looking to finish Quassy without embarrassment. What do you think? I don't want to hurt my chances of finishing in under 7:45 for Quassy (yes, hard to believe that is my hoped for finish).
