Race rehearsal at Placid camp?

Hi Coach P.  Got your email with the Lake Placid camp details.  Quick micro question, although this is a couple of weeks out still.  Should we consider the Friday long ride/run as race rehearsal number 1?  In the plan it is scheduled for the weekend after the Lake Placid camp.

If we do count it as a race rehearsal, should we shoot for the full one-hour run after the bike, or keep it to 30 min as you suggest in your email and call it good?  And what would we do the following weekend in place of the race rehearsal/day off?

    Jim no need to do the full hour run as you are riding 112 the next day. image Next week you can do this weekend's rides that you "missed" -- hope that helps!
