Tim in France: Swim Cancelled, now a duathlon
Patrick any thoughts for execution now that ITU has cancelled swim and made the world championships a Duathlon?T
The 4k swim has been cancelled and our 4kswim-112k bike-30krun event is now 9.5krun-87kbike-20krun.
I have never done a Du so not sure how to approach run-bike-run.
I was thinking to run the 1st leg at LRP and just switch my power on the bike to HIM zones and run MP the 2nd run leg for 20k.
Does the 9.5k lead-off run play into my bike power at all?
