Training plan not accounting for race in 8 days

At the onset of joining EN and completing my profile I was informed a race on June 9 would be an "A" race (Oly Tri) and a race on June 29 (Half Ironman) would just be trained through.

So as I look ahead in my training plan i realize it must just be a stock plan as there is no consideration to the races I communicated I would be doing....

Anyway, Ironman Canada is my #1 priority- If your could offer any suggestions on what I should do this week that would be great. I did move my week 8 Saturday workout of Swim, bike, run up a day and did that Friday due to time available conflicts.

    That's correct. What I delivered to you was a Season Plan - my guidance for you should stack our training plans (not customized for races, etc) to your season, according to your race schedule. I put in you in the Get Faster plan because it is a better fit for your fitness vs the Short Course plan.

    That said, your easiest solution for this week would be load up the Short Course plan to end this weekend, on your race. That plan is written to accommodate a race on the weekend so you should be good. Good luck!
