Can't get to a pool, any ideas on how to get some workouts in.

I asked Coach RnP about when on shift how can get my swim in without a pool.  They suggested form techniques and bands for the days that I'm on shift and if traveling for a training use bands or alter the schedule a little.  Some weeks my schedule lands perfect to just ruin any swimming so the amount of time I'm losing is really killing me and I can tell in my form and times are going downhill quick.

I'm leaving for a training in Nevada tomorrow and will be on an Airforce base that has nothing but a couple treadmills, a dirt track and maybe an elliptical, so it looks like I will be improvising my swim days and stacking a lot of run days.

Anyone got any good swim simulation workouts I can throw into my workouts? Any thing on Youtube? or easily done with bands.
