Adjustments for post crash RR
Crashed yesterday on the bike...nothing broken just a lot of RR. I'll be sore for the next week on the bike and running. But what can I do about the missed pool time. I don't think the gym wants be in the pool with fresh skin wounds.

* check your helmet...if it's dinged get a new one.
* check your fork, wheels and frame....want to make sure the integrity of your ride is okay.
* figure out what caused the crash and how to avoid it next time.
* get some of that Tegaderm or Duoderm stuff. Scabs are your enemy here, you need to keep the wound moist so it heals more quickly.
I would suggest doing some swim cord exercises to keep general muscle recruitment going, but I wouldn't sweat the missed time that much right now (in your injured state); we can always "hack" the rest of your plan once you are back to make sure you stay on track!
