Transition from OS to in-Season

Hiya Rich.  I'm looking at the three week transition between OS and in-season training later this month and would appreciate your feedback.  Here goes:

-plan is to finish week 20 (I know ...I still follow the old-school EN) of OS as a test/recover week.

-Week 1: I Have this week off work, so this will be a Epic Bike-mostly week, patterned as "2 days of 5h rides, 1 day 3h" repeated over three cycles.  Salient point here is accumulating 6 x 5h rides during that time, and I've found this is what works for me at this time of the year.

-Week 2.  This week is in Berlin DE, with no access to a bike.  So, early in the week will be light running / swimming, with remainder of week as daily run and swim, with at least 2 x 'long run' type runs with a large dose of HMP included in there somewhere.  No Tempo or fast stuff aside from strides.  I'll attempt to accumulate overall running milage of what I would accrue in an average week + 10%.    

-Week 3.  Recover and test for earlier part of week, and try to hit longer run Thurs, long bike Sat and ABP bike Sun. 

Then start in-season.
