This week just raced HIM yesterday and jumping into IM training for Mt Tremblant

I feel well after him but need some recovery guidance and suggestions for key workouts this week.  do I cut back early week and try to get some long rides in over the weekend oor is it more important to get back to long run end of week?  I am really making the runs a focus now struggled some at end of him run rev3 quassy finished 5:24 overall 1:55 run

  • Brian, congrats on Rev3! I say it's easy this week with an eye towards good weekend riding...you can do the workouts for time Wed-Fri, not intensity, but cut that long run back to 45' for right now. IF you haven't already, fire up a race report to review your data / nutrition to see how we can improve!
