2013 Race schedule change due to race cancellation

Coach Rich,

It looks like my Olympic in Echtenarche, Luxembourg scheduled on 7/7 has really,really low participation and is in danger of being canceled. I should have known to have stuck to bigger races but hey what are you going to do. Because of this and some constraints with my remaining weekends in July, I am considering picking up an Olympic in Frankfurt, Germany on 8/4. Can I drop Echtenarche and pick up Frankfurt? I have my HIM in Luxembourg on 9/8. Is this too close or should I choose another Olympic in July? I am currently in week 4 of GF Plan and was part of the JOS. Please let me know if you need more info.
 

2013 Remaining Race schedule:

Replace Echtenarche Olympic - 7/7 --> Frankfurt Olympic - 8/4

HIM Luxembourg - 9/8

HIM Augusta - 9/29

Yes, that's fine. However:

• Get in your scheduled long run that week
• Get in your scheduled long ride that week but fine to skip whatever run may also be scheduled that day. 

For example, for a Saturday race I would:

• Get in Thurs long run, per schedule
• Fri = swim only or nothing at all
• Sat = race
• Sun = Sat ride, minus the run.

For Sun race:

• Thurs = ^same^
• Sat = Scheduled Sat ride, minus run. I "might" turn the bike down a bit, depending on how important the Sunday race is for me
• Sun = race
