injury
Hey guys, I am over pneumonia and was feeling good and getting my motivation back, but now I'm pretty sure I have a stress fx in my foot. Cycling hard hurts it, swimming isn't too bad, surfing hurts and obviously running is out. I will see the specialist next week, but I am a PT and fairly confident it is a stress fx. I plan not to run until the pain goes away. I haven't ran for 1 week so far and no change in pain yet. I plan on trying to do the bike focus and swim where it says run. Does that sound good? Should I water run instead of the swims? Pretty darn frustrated. Leah
