Bike Zone for today
Hey Patrick,
good to meet you at Quassy and congrats on your performance. I think I did just about what I expected. Wish I did a little better hydrating on the bike but it was a good lesson and definitely a good prep for IMLP.
Anyway, my question for today is I am a HR guy, no power meter yet. Today's bike workout is this:
MS: 2x 17' (5'). Remainder of session @ 70-75%/Zone2/Steady.
Coach Notes: These FTP / Interval sessions are your "make me FASTER" sessions each week. Very important, set yourself up for success by pre-hydrating, learning what pre-ride nutrition works for you, and getting psyched to work!
Does this mean the MS is Zone4? Zone 5? for the 2x17'?
