Rachel's Micro Thread- shuffling the week

I'm on week 7 of the intermediate IM plan. I was suppose to get in my long run after work today, but I'm just finishing work now at 8:15pm so that isn't going to happen. Should I just do the long run tomorrow and then continue with the plan Saturday and Sunday, or will it be too much to do a long run Fri afternoon and long bike Saturday morning?

  • Rachel, if you ran Friday, then just drop the runs on Sat/Sun and do your best on the rides. If you didn't run on friday but stuck to the regular plan, then cut back Sunday's ride to an hour (or drop it), and then run off that bike there. If you do #2, we need to adjust your monday to swim only or off!!!
