One week of Transition after HIM

Hi Coach,

     I will be racing Kansas 70.3 on Sunday. After that is a week of transition. What exactly is that? Monday is travel day back home. Then are we talking light running, swimming, maybe some yoga? Then I am going back to HIM training plan, right into week 14, getting ready for Steelhead in early August. Thanks.

  • Transition = light training to reset your head. You can either leave that up to you decide what light is, or you can load up the transition training plan (it's in the drop down menu) and follow that. The key is to just to unplug from formal training for a while.
