Hello

Need some advice on altering this upcoming week's schedule to appropriately taper for next sundays olympic tri.

I am just finishing week 7 of intermediate GF program to complete on Reservoir Olympic Tri (A Race) on June 16

About to load up week 13 of Intermediate HIM to complete on Donner Lake HIM tri (b race) on July 28.

  • @Geoff, the easiest way to do this is to drop in the INT Short Course plan to end on Next Sunday (starting Monday) and follow that for a week...then we help you recover next Monday as you start the HIM plan. That's typically monday off, then Tuesday for time, not intensity, then Wednesday back at it!
