Incomplete info run focused plan?
This is it all it says for Tuesday's workout for week 1 of run focused plan....seems incomplete.
T-Pace Swim Test This test will establish your ???T-pace," which we will use as a reference for future interval work. This is also your initial swim test, to gauge your improvement across this plan. WU: Start slow and gradually build pace/effort. 100 swim.
It says 60 min workout, I assume there is is more than 100 swim right?
Please advise... thxs!

T-Pace Swim Test WU: 1000, as 200 swim, 200 kick, 200 pull, 4x50 as 25 drill/25 free, 200 swim. MS: 1000 Time Trial. Note your final time and divide by 10 for your per 100 yds/meters. You can also do the test as 10 x 100 (10 seconds rest after each) and take the average time. This is your T-pace, used as a reference point for future interval work. CD: Light swimming as needed.
