IMCDA taper

Quick question.  I am going to be travelling the 8-10 days before IMCDA.  How focused should I be on getting my admin runs/bikes in?

  • Almost zero. Stay loose, swim as much as you can (if possible), or get some runs in. The last "key" workout is the long run at 10 days out, from there is't all prep. Make sure your bike and equipment and nutrition are all ready to go before you leave!!! image

    ps - watch the food consumption, no need for mega excess calories in the final days!
