What to wear questions?
For me, I like to be warmer, so I'll wear more stuff and them dump it. I bring a bunch of stuff, better to have it and not use it than need it and not have it. I did like Rich's comment about putting some cardboard up your shirt to start the bike.
For the swim, I'll be wearing a neoprene cap and earplugs. Once again, i'd rather be a bit warmer, than freezing.
But all this depends on the weather!
