Just about any of those websites based in southeast asia that have great bikes at 25-40% of US prices are scams. They change their names frequently, but copy the look and feel, and even the word content of legit bike sources to snag people. ScamAdvisor gives them a Trust Factor of 0%. Buyer beware.

I did a web search for 'petercycle.com review' and the hits were a bunch of pages like http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums...hp?t=59692, http://www.fixed.org.au/forums/f10/...rue-22864/, and http://www.roadgrime.com.au/forum/t...d/4/page/1, so I'm guessing they're not legit.
