Kimberly's training question

I have a bike test scheduled on my plan for this week but it is for Bike Power Test.  I don't use a power meter.  Is there a substitution for HR testing?  I posted this question in the Macro thread by mistake so you can ignore that one. Still learning how this all works.

  • @Kimberly, sometimes power folks test more than HR folks. The default "not testing" workout is 2 x 12' with 3' rest in Zone 4, total of 60' of riding including your warm up. Keep the questions coming!!!
