training plan
I just completed my A race last weekend (Eagleman 70.3). My half ironman plan is now over. I have the rest of my summer to do local sprint distance triathlons in my area. I have plenty of time to train right now, as my work schedule is light. My work really picks back up in August. What training program should I do for the next 1 1/2 months? I still want a challenging/intense plan, as I know once August comes around my training will drop off. Thank you!
