Mod Wk11 of IM Plan for Oly?

I am finishing WK10 and going into WK11 of my IM plan for IMKY. I have the Philly Tri Rock Olympic next week (Sunday 23rd)

Any modifications to the week? Keep the Friday swim? I assume don't do the long ride on Saturday...

Just looking for some guidance.

  • @Craig, shut it down after your Thursday long run. Friday is off with mega super duper recovery stuff (compression, legs up, good food). Saturday is a 45' spin with 6 x 30" fast, and a 15' run with 3 x 1' fast. Then race sunday, swim only monday, and back at it!
