Hey Rich I just loaded the 8 week get faster plan to start tomorrow on June 17th, and noticed that Monday's swim is the same swim test I did on Friday in the testing plan last week,and also the 5K test that I did last week. Am I supposed to redo these test again this week?

  • No, no need to test this week if you've already tested recently. So just substitute interval workouts for those tests.
