Which long bike ride to do before vacation?

I'm going to England this Friday evening until the following Saturday. Training plan this week sez swim test Friday, 240 long bike Sat, 180 ABP ride Sunday. I don't need the swim test - I'm a former competitive long distance swimmer. Biking and running are my weak spots. 

I will only be able to run next week, so I want to move one of those 2 rides to this Friday. Which one is more important/valuable in the overall scheme of things?

The race I am prepping for is IMMT in mid-August, currently wk 12 beginner IM training plan.
