Shackleford Season Road Map

Coach Patrick, 

I finally watched the video associated with my season road map.  I apologize for the confusion.  It might be a good idea for me to reload my information.  I will be doing the Beach to Battleship HIM, not the full in October.  Also, I completed my Raleigh HIM on June 2 so that should have marked the end of my 20 HIM program. Nevertheless, my current season road map has give me the excuse to take two weeks off.

    So it turns out I will not be able to do the international distance race on September 7 due to a schedule conflict.  I am definitely not doing the half marathon on Oct 20.  So my question is whether an international distance tri (Pinehurst) on Oct 05 is too close to my Half on October 26?

    No, not to close. Approach is as a B or C race = get in the scheduled long run and long bike that week.
