Yes, it means exactly that. So if the set calls for a total of 8 minutes of "ON" time, you'll do 16 intervals of this 30 on, 30 off pattern.

  • I have a Cannondale Slice.
    I friend bought a Cervelo P5,
Should I buy One like that or it is better to change de tires And Rin?
What power meter should I buy? Where can I find it in NYC?

Sorry, I don't understand your bike question. Please these as a separate thread in the Gear Forum. Thanks.

  • Hola Coach,

I have a big Group of friends that do the long runs on Sunday.

Is it posible to swich the Sunday bike ride With the Thursday Long run ?

I am currently in week 5 of HIM Intermediate
  • Yes, that works fine in the HIM plan, though you may find the Saturday long bike and Sunday long run might start to conflict with each other in the last few weeks of the plan.

  • Hola Coach,
I went to a sports MD And he told me to do strength exercises.
Do have a rutine or workouts for strength?
Should I do plyometrics or weight lifting?

Did he say why you need to do a strength routine? Was it to fix an injury, avoid injury, to go faster?

Considering that this is his guidance, and he's a doctor, I recommend that you ask him for his recommendations.
