GF Adv. Plan Tuesday Uphill Bounding Replacement
I am away from where I can do this type of workout. What can I replace it with on flats to achieve similar type stress. My thought is Daniels Repetition Pace 200s on flats. What are your thoughts. Think it is too late to put in micro as coaches would not get to it in time. Thanks.

They advertise this as a way to work speed into our week with low injury risk. So, my thought is....so SOME speed work with what you HAVE AVAILABLE where you are, and AVOID overdoing it.
200's, accels with good form, short & sweet stuff.
