TimG IMC Micro Thread

Patrick, recall I was training for world long distance championships which happened (as a duathlon) June-1 in France. I spent the last 2 weeks vacationing with spouse earning mega SAUs. Yesterday the day after returning to Canada, I snagged an entry for Whistler and today loaded up the 2013 Ironman plan. I noticed significant changes from past years. So, I will use this week as a hacked week 10 to just get back into it. I did notice the RacePacePlus for the first time. I did some podcasts in the early weeks of race prep but did not locate the week you share details on this. Can you help? Though I was ok with last years long-run approach I look forward to returning to the mixed zone runs again. Based on my 30k run race prep going into June-1 I think I can just slide right into the long runs as planned.
