IM Race Nutrition plan - please review
I've put together my race-nutrition plan!

PS: I've increased the calorie input amount on the bike by adding 3 powerbars according to the calculations from Coach P's awesome new Wiki page!

Your run target of 900 mls per hour is pretty high? Have you practiced that?
For liquids on the run I just put in some numbers based on Coach P's magic formular ... in my long runs i was way below that 900ml/hour and I'm also pretty sure I'll not be able to drink that much.
I think I'll just carefully listen to my body and try to hydrate based on my feeling but it should be at least 500ml/hour.
