High priority w/out but don't have all the time-how tweak
Hey Coaches - On high priority bikes, what would you recommend if you don't have the full time for the MS? For instance, I was supposed to do 60 minutes with 2 x 20' (4') @ 95-100%/zone4/Hard. However, I only had 45 minutes. How would you recommend "tweaking" the workout? thanks

Very simply, minimize the warmup/cool down and maximize the MS. So 5' warmup, 2 x 15', then whatever it takes to get home. Don't over think it, just cram whatever work you can into the time you have.
