HIM race prep-wk 12 of IM
I know. MY bad that I'm throwing in a HIM now...but....I'm not sure how to approach this race prep week for a Sat. HIM race. Considering this a "B" race but not sure how to approach it since this is a testing week. I can assume this would not be a good thing to do. Or i guess I hope it wouldn't be

I had looked at that DIYbefore the update but with testing this week, and race this Sat....didn't know if that would throw off anything. Or like today with bike TT and tomorrow's brick session (yeh, I'm changing it to "A" race mode...But I will proceed.
