Hill repeats, no hills

My schedule this week has a 45 minute hill repeat workout, but I live in an area with no hills, what should I do? Thanks, Ann-Marie

  • Ann - I live in Tampa. Use a treadmill if you can. If not, I would just run the repeats at tempo pace and throw in some lunges or squats at the end of each repeat. Yeah, that should give your quads the same level of work.
