Short Course vs Get Faster?
Just finished the first half of my season with Rev3 Williamsburg 1/2. That was my 3rd 1/2 of the year and I'm ready to shift gears a bit for the next 2-3 months. I'm not familiar with the details of the Get Faster or Short Course training plans so I was curious what RnP might suggest. I'd skip the first 6 weeks of the Short Course plan if I used it. I don't have a specific goal race but I'll likely pick up a few Oly distance events through the summer for fun and then move back to a final 1/2 in Nov to end the season.
