Next after CdA....
Hi!
CdA is done (12:58)! I loaded the 2-week Intermediate Transition Plan...is that still right? Note: All the bit.ly "maintenance" workouts are broken. Can you point me to them if this is what I should be doing?
Next A race is Wisconsin IM (9/8/13) with Bolder 70.3 (8/4/13) on the way to it. What should I plan on for these? Just load IM Full for Wisconsin and have Boulder be part of the training? Or do any Get Faster stuff, or other...??
I am also interested in starting Power if I can afford it. I use a Garmin 910XT watch (ANT+), Have a Trek Speed Concept 7.5 (if that matters). Best approach?
Thanks,
Greg

Congrats on your race! Please take the Season Planning Survey under the Training tab above. Please email me at rich@endurancenation.us to discuss purchasing a powermeter. Sorry, I like to keep these threads clean and focused on season planning stuff. Thanks.
Rich,
Wanted to make sure you got the email with the Season Survey? Itching to load up my calendar for planning, and start.
Also, did you see the note above that all the bit.ly links to Maintenance workouts in the 2-week Transition plans are broken? So am just doing some core stuff from the past for now.
Thx,
Greg
Makes sense. Only issue is I'm not finding the mod you are referring to for integrating a 70.3 into IM training, in the Wiki. I've looked all over. Here is what I see under Mods:
