Post IM CDA, Pre IM Tahoe What to do, when to start training?

Hello,

I just finished IM CDA, not the best for me... electrolyte issues the last 10 miles of the run... great up until then.  Anyways.  I have Ironman tahoe on Sept 22nd.  I honestly want 2-3 weeks off to recover.  I've had some nagging injuries that I'd like to let heal a bit.  Possibly do some easy running/biking in 10-14 days and then start easing back up to a training plan, possibly.  Didn't know what was suggested when you have 2 races so close together?
