Liz Jackson's Micro Thread
I'm a little over 4 weeks out from my first IM in Lake Placid, and after last week's Thursday long run I've been feeling familiar pain in my foot. It's similar (but not as bad) to last year when I had a metatarsal stress fracture in that same foot. In the past week I've done no running, but today I did my long run by doing deep water running in the pool.
I'm looking for advice about what I should/should not do between now and LP.

#2 you should check those shoes to see what - if anything - is going on with them (old?)
#3 You should aqua run the interval session and long run days (Tu & Th), rest of your week is normal.
